A1. Overhead Squats 8-10 reps @ 2010
-Rest 10-15 seconds-
A2. Ring Dips 10 reps @ 1010
(or Muscle-Ups 4-6 reps)
-Rest 3 minutes-
Teams of 2 – Partners alternate rounds (3 each)
6 Rounds:
30 Kettlebell Swings
400 Meter Run
