Workout of the Day

5 sets:
A1. Power Clean Clusters 1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
-Rest 20 seconds-
A2. Tall Box Jumps 5 reps @ 13X1
-Rest 3 minutes-
+
Every 3 minutes, for a total of 5 sets, complete the following:
6 Power Cleans
(use 75-80% of weighted used for three singles)
12 Hand-release Push-Ups
Run 300 meters
