Test. Train. Retest.
It’s pretty simple when you think about it, right?
You come into the gym. You work your ass off. And, then what?
This is the reason why we test, train, and retest. It’s always a good feeling when you can see your hard work paying off. Whether it be loosing a pound, gaining a pound, dropping a dress or pants size, or shaving one second off a previous workout you’ve done. When you can see, without a doubt that your hard work is actually leading somewhere, it really motivating feeling.
Today we test.
When you step into the gym today, give it all you got. Set the bar high for yourself. We will be retesting this workout again down the road. Perform in such a way that you don’t think it’d even be possible to beat your previous score. Leave it all out there. You’ll be surprised what you can accomplish when you get it all you’ve got.
It’s YOU vs. YOU.
