We’re rolling out a new class. We will now offer an open gym time at 7:30 p.m. This open gym time will be available to all levels but there will be more of a competitor feel to this class. If you are interested in competing in the sport of fitness, this class time will be a valuable asset. There will be peer based coaching. Meaning, everybody will help critique one another. There won’t be a class structure to this open gym time. Coaches will be working out in this class as well. If you’re looking to mix it up or just want to get some extra skill work in, don’t hesitate to drop in.
