The gym will be closed this weekend. We will be at the CrossFit Games in Southern California!
The gym will also be closing early on Friday evening. The schedule will go as follows:
Friday – 4p.m., 5p.m., NO 6:30p.m. class.
The gyms regular schedule will resume Monday morning.
Workout of the Day
A. Take 10-12 minutes and build to a heavy, but not necessarily 1RM Clean or Power Clean
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
*Clean or Power Clean – 2 reps
Burpee over Barbell (lateral) – 4 reps
*Load can vary from minute to minute. Post total amount successfully cleaned.
