Workout of the Day

Four sets of:
A1.Deadlift – 3-5 reps @ 30X1
-Rest 20 seconds-
A2. Tall Box Jumps – 10 reps
-Rest 3 minutes-
+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Power Cleans 155/105
10 Pull Ups (Chest to Bar Pull-Ups for Advanced Athletes)
10 Burpees
