Four sets of:
A1. Bulgarian Split Squat – 6-8 reps each leg @ 30X0
-Rest 60 seconds-
A2. Plank Hold – 60 seconds
-Rest 60 seconds-
+
Five rounds for time of:
5 Barbell Complex*
10 Toes to Bar

*One rep of the Barbell Complex =
Deadlift
Hang Power Clean
2 Front Squats
2 Push Press
