It’s that time again! Our 100%, completely FREE, community workout is this Saturday, November 1st.
This is your chance to show people around you what the heck you talk about all the time. This is open to anybody, and everybody. From the beginner, right of the couch athlete to advanced, been working out for years athlete. We want to share with our community what exactly it is we do at The Fitness Coalition. Spread the word and lets have some fun this weekend!

Workout of the Day
Five sets of:
A1. Sumo Deadlift – 4-6 reps @ 21X1
-Rest 20 seconds-
A2. Ring Push-Ups – max reps @ 1010
-Rest 2 minutes-

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
15 Wall Balls 20/14
