A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups – 5-10 reps
Alternating Pistols – 6-10 reps
Kettlebell Windmills – 3-5 reps each arm
Three rounds for time of:
50/30 Push-Ups
30 Double-Unders
400 Meter Run
