Today, as a team, we all won at life. Plain and simple.
Sundays events we taken place at Hercules CrossFit for The Rookie Rumble 6. We had 4 teams, of 8 total bad ass people representing the gym to their fullest potential. It was one hell of a sight to watch. Which always leaves me completely in awe. It’s almost unbelievable the amount of hard work each person presented. Something awoken in each and every one of them. Something that they had deep inside of them all along and it took the thrill and nervousness of battle to bring out.
I couldn’t be more proud of this group. As well as all the people who came out to support them all. We have built one hell of a community. I’m proud to call each and every one of you guys family.

Workout of the Day
Three sets, not for time, of:
30 Double-Unders
Handstand Push-Ups – 7-10 reps
Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatch – 5-7 reps each arm
+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
10 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Ring Dips
