12/9/14 – Hoodies Are In!


The hoodies are in!

You can come down to the gym to pick them up today. Some of the tank tops and shirts were sent separately to the printers location. So, we won’t be receiving those until hopefully Wednesday.

These hoodies are SUPER comfortable. I’m in love.



Workout of the Day

Five sets of:
Push Press – 2-3 reps
-Rest 2 minutes-
In teams of two, alternate sets to complete four each of:
10 Stone to Shoulder
10 Box Jump Overs
300 Meter Run
