This is going to be one hell of a good time.
Starting January 24th we will be participating in The Whole Life Challenge.
The Whole Life Challenge is a way to help you prioritize your health and fitness. Lets face it, life can get pretty busy. Trying to juggle things like work, running around with your kids, spending time with your family and going to school can get overwhelming at times. It always seems like there’s not enough hours in the day.
This challenge is going to help you keep your life organized and make things seem a lot more manageable. You’re going to be making sure your health and fitness are top priority. You only have one life to live and one body to live it in. Might as well make the best decisions you can for both.
Here’s a link to The Whole Life Challenges website: https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/
Check out the site. Poke around a bit so you can see what exactly it is we will be doing. We’re going to have the official sign ups starting next week. We will have a team set up so when we sign up we’ll be able to help keep each other accountable and see every bodies progress.
The beauty of this challenge is that anybody can be a part of our team. You don’t have to be a member at the gym. Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to join and participate in all the fun!
For members at the gym who are participating in the challenge we all will be doing a baseline workout to start the challenge off. Then when the challenge comes to a close, we will do the same baseline workout and see what kind of improvements we made.
Guess what?! There will be prizes for the top male and female! That will give a little more incentive to stay on track during the 8 weeks.
Lets kick some ass!
