The sign ups for The Whole Life Challenge have begun!

Workout of the Day

Three sets, not for time, of:
Double-Unders – 40-50 reps
Handstand Walks – 10 Meters
Box Jumps – 12-15 reps
Partners alternate to complete 10 sets each of:
15 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
100 Meter Run
