I want you all to go out there today and kick today’s ass. You are all living, breathing machines of awesomeness. I mean, just think about it. The human body is an incredible thing. So, I want you all to treat your body like a very valuable machine. Put good food (fuel) into your body. Make sure you’re drinking enough water to keep all parts lubricated. Get enough rest so you don’t run yourself into the ground. You gotta make sure to power down with enough time to recharge your batteries. Get out there and be physically active so you can make sure that machine is being put to work. The way it was intended and designed for.
One of the best parts about all the athletes here at The Coalition is you all make some pretty great decisions for your bodies. I couldn’t be prouder of decisions I’ve seen you guys making. Making lifestyle changes are hard. Sometimes, almost damn near impossible. But, not for you guys. Because you guys are machines of awesomeness.
