12/30/14 – Holiday Schedule


Holiday Schedule:

Tuesday – 12/30/14: Regular Hours
Wednesday – New Years Eve: Open Gym – 8AM – 11AM, 4PM – 7PM
Thursday – New Years Day: CLOSED
Friday – Regular Schedule – No 6AM class
Saturday – FREE Community Workout – 9AM
Sunday – CLOSED

Here’s the schedule for the holiday week. On New Years Eve we will be open in the morning and afternoon. We will have open gym time that day. This will give you a chance to come in and work on some skills and have some fun. Once this holiday week is over we will go back to normal schedule starting January 5th.


Workout of the Day

Three sets of:
A1. Back Squat – 6-8 reps
-Rest 90 seconds-
A2. Strict Pull-Ups – Max reps
-Rest 90 seconds-
For time:
15 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
15 Ring Dips
400 Meter Run
12 Hang Power Cleans
12 Ring Dips
400 Meter Run
9 Hang Power Cleans
9 Ring Dips
400 Meter Run
