1/8/15 – Body Spec Scan – Get Signed Up!

We have TWO spots left! If you haven’t signed up for your scan yet, your time is limited. The time slots that are left are 6:24AM and 6:36AM.

You can sign up for your scan HERE.  Make sure you get signed up.  Once the spots are filled, there will be no more time slots available.

Workout of the Day

A. Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets of):
Front Squat – 2-3 reps

*Build over the course of the sets to today’s heaviest double or triple.

B. In teams of two, alternate every 5 reps in order to complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Ground to Overhead 135/95

-Rest 3 minutes-

C. In teams of two, alternate every 15 reps in order to complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Wall Balls

D. Every two minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Single Arm Dumbbell/Kettlebell Row – 10-12 reps each arm @ 2110
