Today’s scans were eye opening to say the least. The scans gave us a fantastic starting point before the Whole Life Challenge begins on Saturday.
I want to break down exactly how things are going to for the challenge.
We will be doing a baseline workout on Saturday the 17th. If you’re not able to make it this Saturday, please let Lauren or myself know so we can make arrangements for you to complete the workout. This baseline will be our first initial test for the challenge. This will cover the performance aspect. We will be coming back to the baseline workout at the end of the 8-weeks to retest and see your progress!
Your profile on the website will be live on Saturday for you to start inputting your data each day.
We have created a facebook group for those of you that are enrolled in the challenge. We added those that are already signed up. You can join the group HERE. Keep your eye on the page for updates during the challenge. If you have any questions about anything, don’t be shy. Ask us whatever it is you need to know.
