1/14/15 – Whole Life Challenge Info Meeting, This Friday!


Friday evening at 7:30PM we’ll be hosting an informational meeting to cover all the basis of the upcoming Whole Life Challenge. During this meeting we will cover the rules of the challenge, answer any questions you may have and get everybody up to speed so we’re ready to start this challenge with a bang!

Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Hang Snatch – 2-3 Reps
*Focus on speed and perfect mechanics, and build in load over the course of the sets.
Three rounds for time of:
30 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps 45/25
15 Pull-Ups
400 Meter Run
