Today we’re going to be doing the baseline workout for The Whole Life Challenge. Even if you aren’t doing the challenge, you will still do the baseline workout. This is just a way for us to have some data points to refer back to after the 8-week challenge is up.
For those of you doing the challenge, remember to input your score as a timed event.

10 Stone to Shoulder 145/95
