This Saturday we have the pleasure of hosting the CrossFit Strongman Seminar. This is an amazing opportunity we were given and we hoped on the chance when it was offered to us. We have a modified schedule this week due to the seminar.
On Friday, we will have NO 6:30PM class. We will only have 4PM and 5PM classes. On Saturday, there will be NO classes due to the seminar. We will return to normal schedule on Monday, January 26th.
There still time to sign up for the seminar! This isn’t just for coaches. The course is for anybody looking to further understand the Strongman movements. We will cover and go into detail on all implements: Tires, Yoke, Kegs, Farmer Handles, Log, and Atlas Stones. I suggest anybody looking to get more in depth knowledge on the subject of strongman to sign up for the seminar. It was the most fun I’ve had at a continuing education event. I can’t wait to have it come to our facility Saturday!

Workout of the Day
A. Take 15 minutes and build to today’s 1RM Clean
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
1st minute – 5 Power Cleans @ 65-75% of today’s 1RM
2nd minute – 200 Meter Run
3rd minute – 20 Ring Dips
(modify ring dips to number that can be performed in 45 seconds or less)
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
Minute 1 – Lean Away Pull-Ups – 3-4 reps @ 4111
Minute 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry – 25 yards each arm
