Tomorrow there is NO 4PM or 5PM classes. There will only be 6:30PM and 7:30PM classes tomorrow evening.

Saturday there will ONLY be an 8AM class.

Our regular schedule will resume on Monday.

I will be attending the Crossfit Powerlifting Seminar this weekend in Venice Beach. I’m really excited to bring back all kinds of information on the conjugate system. Things are going to get turned up a bit in the gym when I get back!

A. Four sets of:
Weight Pull-Ups – 1-2 reps
-Rest 30 seconds-
Strict Pull-Ups – Max reps
-Rest 3 minutes-
Three sets for max reps/calories:
60 seconds Row for calories
-30 seconds Rest-
60 seconds Kettlebell Swings
-30 seconds Rest-
60 seconds Stone to Shoulder
-30 seconds Rest-
