Your Lifestyle Practice for week 4 of the challenge is to support your team members by engaging with them in their reflections each day.

What does this mean? Everyday of week 4, starting on Saturday the 7th and ending Friday, February 13th, you will earn lifestyle points for commenting on at least 3 of your teammates daily reflections.

We’ve all been doing this since the beginning! This week should be a breeze. Keep up the great work everyone!

Workout of the Day

A. Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 55%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 95%

Then rest two minutes before starting…

B. Every 3 minutes, for 6 minutes (2 sets) of:
Back Squat x 1 rep @ 101-105%
+
For time:
50 Wall Balls 20/14
25 Toes to Bar
40 Wall Balls
20 Toes to Bar
30 Wall Balls
15 Toes to Bar
