It’s that time of the year again. The CrossFit Open is upon us. Some of us did it last year and it was a blast! I suggest you sign up this year. It’s a great chance to test your fitness and see where the holes in your game are.

The Open workouts will take place Friday evenings at 6:30PM. They will usually follow by a BBQ and and hang out session.

Workout of the Day
A. Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Snatch – 1 rep
Suggested loading per set (by %): 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 95, 95+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
