3/6/15 – CrossFit Games Open 15.2 & Potluck

We take on the second workout of The Crossfit Games Open this evening. Remember, everybody that is coming to the 6:30PM class, please arrive at 6PM to mobilize and get yourself ready. Just like last week, we will discuss strategy and come up with a game plan for this workout. We start heats at 6:30PM

After the 6:30PM class we will have a potluck! If you are attending the potluck please bring a dish that is Whole Life Challenge compliant.

Workout of the Day

CrossFit Games Open Event 15.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
14 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within the 3-minute period.
OR
CrossFit Games Open Event 15.2 Scaled Division
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
6 overhead squats (65 / 45 lb.)
6 chin-over-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
8 overhead squats (65 / 45 lb.)
8 chin-over-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (65 / 45 lb.)
10 chin-over-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within the 3-minute period.
