This Saturday is the finale of our very first Whole Life Challenge! During class on Saturday we will retest our baseline workouts from 8 weeks ago. I’m super excited to see what kind of progress these 8 weeks will bring us.
Please do your best to make it this weekend. If for some reason you know you won’t be able to make it. Please contact Lauren or Joey to schedule your make up baseline test.
