3/30/15 – Updated Schedule


We have some new changes we are making to the schedule. They go into affect immediately.

The first change is we will no longer have a Friday evening class at 6:30PM. Classes Friday afternoon/evening will be 4PM and 5PM.

The second change will be to our Saturday morning classes. We will know be offering one class Saturday morning from 9AM – 11AM. This class will give us more of a skills and drills vibe. The main focus of this new class time is to touch on movements and be able to break them down a bit more than we can in our regular classes.

Lets get ready to kick this new weeks ass!


Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
High Hang Snatch (Position 1) + Hang Snatch (Position 2)
*Build over the course of the 10 sets to something heavy for today.
Three rounds for time of:
5 Bar Muscle-Ups (or 10 Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups)
10 Deadlifts 275/185
50 Double-Unders
