3/31/15 – FREE Community Workout

It’s that time of the month again! This Saturday, we’re hosting another one of our soon to be world famous FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUTS!

These are some of my favorite classes. I love having new faces in the gym. Having people get a glimpse into what we do here at The Coalition is a great thing. There’s no secrets to what we do here. We just work hard and enjoy teaching movement to people and help them become the best versions of themselves they can be. If you know anybody interested in making a change for the better in the life. Let them know what’s going down on Saturday at 9AM. Help us spread the word and lets bring the energy this weekend!

Workout of the Day
In teams of three, perform three rounds each for time of:
Airdyne .8 Mile
Run 400 Meters
20 Toes to Bar
*Teammates roll through this in congo-line fashion, jumping onto the Airdyne as soon as the teammate in front of them is off and has begun the 400 meter run.
