A. Every two minutes, for 20 Minutes (10 sets):
High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
*Goal is to use the same or more weight than was used on April 6, 2015.
For Time:
AirDyne .5 Mile

-When clock reaches 4 minutes-

For Time:
30 Stone to Shoulder (AHAP)
*3 Burpees EMOM

Note two separate times – 1:35/5:58 (145lb Stone)
