We have a lot of things happening these next two weeks here at The Fitness Coalition. I’m going to break it all down so everybody is in the know. Make sure to mark your calenders!

Wednesday (4/29) 7:30PM – Whole Life Challenge information meeting.
Thursday (4/30) 4PM – 8PM – Extreme Endurance supplement sampling.
Friday (5/1) 7PM – Alaina’s Birthday extravaganza at Jump Highway.
Saturday (5/2) 9AM -Free Community Workout
10AM – Whole Life Challenge Baseline
Monday (5/4) 6:30PM – Nutrition Seminar with Jennie Cwikla
Tuesay (5/5) 4PM – 9PM – BodySpec Body Scan

We have a packed schedule this next two weeks! Lauren and I are looking forward to spending time with all of you. If you have any questions about any of the events happening, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.

Every four minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets):
A1. Weighted Pull-Ups – 1-2 reps
At the top of the next minute…
A2. 30 Seconds of Strict Pull-Ups for Max Reps
At the top of the next minute…
A3. 20 Walking Lunges with Overhead Plate Carry 45/25
+
10 Keg load (AHAP)
20 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings 70/53
400 Meter Run
