This Saturday we host another installment of our FREE Community Workout!

A lot of cool things happen down here at The Coalition and we want everybody to see exactly what it is that goes on here. The best way to experience that is to come down and see for yourself! Grab a buddy and head on down to 4739 Central Way at 9AM and join all the fun!

Workout of the Day

A. Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Snatch + Snatch
+
Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead 155/105
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
