The Whole Life Challenge is underway! We have a bigger team this go around with TEAM The Fitness Coalition, these next 8 weeks are going to bring big life changing results.

Each week we will announce a rotating “lifestyle point”. You will earn lifestyle points for eating veggies in some form at each of your main meals.You will need to eat a serving of vegetables at each of the three main meals to receive credit. You do not have to eat a serving of vegetables in your snacks. Veggies can be raw or cooked, mixed in or flying solo. You don’t have to go overboard. Adding vegetables can be as simple as adding sautéed onions or mushrooms to your steak or your eggs.

Workout of the Day

A. Five sets of:
Halting Clean-Grip Deadlifts x 3 reps
(pause for 2 seconds at each of the following positions – 2″ below the knee and mid-thigh
-Rest 2 minutes-
+
B. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
5 Hang Power Cleans*
15 Hand-Release Push-Ups
*Choose a load for the Hang Power Cleans that you can keep unbroken, but that will be extremely challenging in the later rounds.
