Tonight, we had the opportunity to host Licensed Master Sports Nutritionist Jennie Cwikla. She came in and gave a very informational nutrition clinic. She discussed the body’s energy systems and explained how each one works, what type of training each zone consists of, and what ways you’d have to eat to fuel each system. She then gave us examples of how to create our own meal plans based on our own personal numbers and individual goals.
A ton of information was dropped during this special seminar and we couldn’t be more grateful for have been given this opportunity for Jennie to come out.
