Three Sets:
A1. Bulgaian Split Squats – 8 reps each leg @3011
-Rest 45 seconds between legs, 45 seconds before moving on-
A2. Pronated-Grip Strict Pull Ups – 5 reps @21X0
-Rest 45 seconds-
“Chief with stone”
5 Rounds:

3 minute AMRAP – Max Rounds
3 Stone to Shoulder
6 Push Up
9 Air Squats
-Rest 1 Minute-
