It’s that time again! Another round of our absolutely FREE community workout is happening THIS Saturday, June 6th. The fun and excitement begins at 9AM. Lets pack the house again. Bring anybody you feel might enjoy what it is that we do here. Or anybody looking to just break a sweat on a Saturday morning to start their weekend off right. We just want to share what it is that we do here with everybody.

Minute 1: 40 Double-Unders
Minute 2: 6-8 Strict L-Seated Ring Pull-Ups
Minute 3: 3-4 Wall Walks

Four sets for max reps against a 3-minute running clock of:
Run 100 Meters
10 Toes to Bar
10 Kettlebell Swings 70/53
Rest 3 minutes between sets.
