If you haven’t heard already, we’re hosting the California Strongman Road Trip!
On July 31st, Rob Orlando and Logan Gelbrich will be arriving at the gym to drop strongman knowledge on us all. There will be a one hour strongman clinic taught by Rob and Logan. After the clinic, 3 workouts will be done. All of the workouts are fully scalable and can be done by anyone. Once the workouts are finished up we will be having a community social featuring coffee from CavemanCoffee and beer.
The attendence fee is $50. You can pay in advance or pay at the door before the event starts.
This is an experience you aren’t going to want to miss. Join us as for an evening of functional fitness, community, and good times!

Workout of the Day
Four sets of:
A1. Front Loaded Barbell Box Step-Ups – 8 each leg
(rest 30 seconds between legs)
-Rest 60 seconds-
A2. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row – 6-8 each arm
-Rest 60 seconds-
+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Barbell Thrusters 75/55
20 Overhead Alternating Reverse Lunges
