Workout of the Day

Five sets of:
A1. Front Squat: 2-4 reps @ 20X1
-Rest 20 seconds-
A2. Unbroken Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups: 10-15 (reps as quickly as possible)
-Rest 3-4 minutes-
Hang Cleans 135/95
Burpees Over the Barbell
