This Saturday, August 8th, we will be having another world famous FREE community workout here at The Coalition. This is your chance to bring all the people you talk to about what we do here. Now it’s their chance to come check it out. We offer the “tip of the iceberg” experience on these days. You’ll get to experience what it is we do here on a daily basis in a fun, non intimidating environment. Grab a buddy or two and bring them out on Saturday.

Strict Press: 2-3 reps @ 20X1
*Build over the first 3-4 sets, then finish with 4-5 heavy sets of 2-3 reps.
