A2. Dumbbell External Rotations: 8-10 reps each arm @ 2020
-Rest 60 seconds-
Two rounds for time of:
Airdyne .5 Mile
20 Hand-Release Push-Ups
30 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
Run 400 Meters
