8/14/15 – New Friday Schedule and Saturday Schedule


Effective as of tomorrow evening, we will be offering open gym time Fridays at 6PM – 7:30PM. We offer open gym times as a way for all of you to come in and practice things that need some work or to make up a workout you missed during the week. Lets be honest, everybody needs need extra attention on something.

This Saturday, there will be NO class. We will be at CrossFit Suisun City for the San Francisco Fire visit. If you’d like some more info about this event, please click HERE.

Workout of the Day

Three sets of:
A1. Deadlift: 6-8 reps @ 20X1
-Rest 20 seconds-
A2. Unbroken Kettlebell Swings: 20 reps
-Rest 3 minutes-
For time:
Run 800m
25 Thrusters 95/65
25 Toes to Bar
100 Double-Unders
25 Toes to Bar
25 Thrusters
