A. Take 15-20 minutes to build to a 1-RM Strict Press

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
10 Pull-Ups
15 Hand-Release Push-Ups
Three sets of:
Bent-Over Barbell Rows: 8-10 reps @ 2111
-Rest 30 seconds-
Hollow Hold/Rocks: 60 seconds
-Rest 30 seconds-
