On Monday, September 21st. From 4PM and on. We’re lucky enough to have a friend of mine, JC Carter, coming to the gym to work on us.
I’ve had JC work on me before for a nerve issue I had in the past. She found the root of the problem, did her magix, and fixed me right up!
Here is a little bit about what JC is all about…
“I am a Body Worker specialized in Structural Integration. My focus is Functional Muscle Rehabilitation (FMR), and I use Neurokinetic Therapy, IASTM, Kinesiology Taping (Rock Tape) as well as Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to identify movement pattern dysfunction and eliminate painful errors that disrupt normal body function. I am listed as a “Pro” on Kelly Starett’s MWOD List, I’m a National Board Certified Massage and Body Work Practitioner, a CFL1 Coach, and a dog lover.”
If you have any nagging issues, this would be the perfect time to come and talk to somebody who can get you going in the right direction to help fix your problem. JC has a wealth of knowledge. Come with questions and oak up as much as you can.
