Four sets of:
A1. Bulgarian Split Squat: 6-8 reps each leg @ 30X0
-Rest 60 seconds-
A2. Plank Hold: 60 seconds
-Rest 60 seconds-
Five rounds for time of:
Bear Complex* – 5 reps
Toes to Bar – 10 reps

Bear Complex =
Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead ( Front Rack )
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead ( Back Rack )
