A. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets) of:
Snatch Clusters 1.1.1
(rest 7-10 seconds between singles)

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
40 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
30 Push Press 65/45
20 Box Jumps 24″/20″

C. For time:
50 Cal AirDyne
