Alright folks, Christmas and New Years is approaching fast.  Here is our schedule for the next two weeks.

Mon: 12/21 – Regular Schedule
Tues: 12/22 – Regular Schedule
Wed: 12/23 – Regular Schedule
Thurs: 12/24 – 9AM : 12 Days of Christmas Workout
Fri: 12/25 – Closed
Sat&Sun: Closed

Mon: 12/28 – Regular Schedule
Tues: 12/29 – Regular Schedule
Wed: 12/30 – Regular Schedule
Thurs: 12/31 – 9AM, 10AM & 4PM, 5PM
Fri: 1/1 – Closed
Sat: 1/2 – Regular Schedule

 

A. Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets) of:
Clean & Jerk Clusters  1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)

*Suggested loading per set (by %): 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90, 90+
+
Three rounds for time of:
10 Ground to Overhead 135/95
400 Meter Run
