The next go around of The Whole Life Challenge starts this Saturday, January 16th. We are doing our baseline workout at 9AM.
Lets bring the energy this weekend and kick off this challenge the right way! If you aren’t able to make it on Saturday and you are participating in the WLC, contact Lauren or myself to make arrangements to make up the baseline.

Workout of the Day
A. Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets of):
Front Squat: 2-3 reps
Goal is to increase loads used last week.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
3 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
3 Burpees Over the Barbell
6 Hang Power Cleans
6 Burpees Over the Barbell
9 Hang Power Cleans
9 Burpees Over the Barbell
12 Hang Power Cleans
12 Burpees Over the Barbell
