‘Week 2’ is underway! This weeks ‘Lifestyle Practice’ is shutting off all incoming and outgoing electronic communication and media for one hour every day.
From Saturday, January 23rd to Friday, January 29th you must unplug for one hour a day. This shouldn’t be too difficult to do. Here are the rules…
- For one hour each day, shut down things like email, texts, TV, and social media and be with yourself
- This should not be during a time when these items would be off by default like work and commute.
- You may still use electronic devices to listen to music or to read
- If needed, you may break up the hour into two 30-minute segments, or three 20-minute segments.
