Well, It’s Dan’s 51st Birthday today. He wanted a special workout to share with all of you. Dan specifically asked for this workout to be done. But, with a special twist. Today, we will be performing a CrossFit Benchmark workout called “The Filthy Fifty”. The special twist? We will be doing 51 reps instead of 50. You know, since Dan is turning 51.
