This weeks Lifestyle Practice for ‘Week 5’ of the Challenge is to meditate for 10 minutes a day. This is one of the easier ones to do in my opinion. Through ten minutes of focus and calm each day, you’ll learn to notice your thoughts, your body, and your breathing, allowing you to live in the present moment (and giving you more control over your mind).
