Instability Bar Bench Press with Hanging Kettlebells – Work to Heavy 20
-Rest 2-3 Minutes-

+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Axle Bar Deadlift
10 Axle Bar Push Press
10 Burpees Over the Axle
