Just a reminder about our schedule for tomorrow…
We will be doing The Open Workouts from 5:30PM – 8:30PM for those of you that are participating. This will replace the regular 5PM, and 6:30PM classes. No strongman tomorrow, sorry guys!
We will be closed Friday, Saturday, and Monday morning. Regular classes will resume on Monday for the afternoon classes (4PM, 5PM, 6:30PM)

*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%
